Juan Carlos Barreneche

Origination & Institutional Relationships

Juan Carlos brings more than a decade of real estate experience and over $300 million in transaction volume. A New York City native, he built and scaled a national brokerage organization of more than 1,000 agents and was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as a 30 Under 30 honoree. He also served as President of NAHREP’s Queens Chapter and has extensive experience working with private equity groups, hedge funds and institutional real estate investors. At Orlando Capital, Juan leads origination, strategic relationships and off-market sourcing.

Anthony Tuso

Transactions & Capital Markets

Anthony is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than $200 million in transaction volume. His career includes experience with leading commercial brokerage platforms Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International, as well as serving as CEO and Partner of Fig Tree Realty. Anthony brings deep experience in investment sales, deal structuring, valuation and negotiations. At Orlando Capital, he leads transaction strategy and execution, helping institutional buyers and property owners navigate complex acquisitions from initial opportunity through closing.

Jason Matthews

Underwriting & Site Diligence

Jason brings nearly three decades of real estate investment, development and advisory experience, including underwriting multifamily portfolios exceeding $100 million. His background spans acquisition analysis, asset management, development, engineering and pre-acquisition due diligence across multiple states. At Orlando Capital, Jason leads underwriting and site diligence, evaluating the financial, utility, entitlement and development fundamentals that determine whether an opportunity can meet institutional investment criteria and move successfully from initial review to execution.
